Discover the Future of Marienberg – A New Walking Route Awaits You!
Pirita tee 28 is about to get a completely new look! The Marienberg neighbourhood will be developed on the site of the Estonian Fair Centre – creating a modern community hub that offers the tranquillity of a garden city with the conveniences of the city centre. To share the vision of the neighbourhood already today, we have created a unique 15-minute walking route that invites you to explore the area. What is the Marienberg walking route? The Marienberg walking route is a self-guided trail consisting of five stops, designed to introduce the planned Marienberg neighbourhood. The route begins at the stairs leading up to the Estonian Fair Centre and guides you through the future key locations of the area. The trail is marked with information boards featuring photos, diagrams and future plans. These help to gradually visualise how the area will develop into a cohesive living environment. Each board leads you smoothly on to the next point of discovery. What will you discover along the walking route? The five stops take you through the future Marienberg neighbourhood and introduce the vision for the area:
